John W. Davis

Attorney John W. Davis has dedicated his legal career to the practice of employment law in Massachusetts. He understands the tug-of-war that often takes place between modern companies and their employees. Today’s workforce is pressured to achieve more with fewer resources and under greater time constraints than ever before. Management must answer to stockholders and balance tight budgets while remaining competitive to survive in today’s turbulent economy. Attorney Davis uses his knowledge of the modern employment relationship to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently, to provide clients with expert employment law advice, and to provide the legal documents and services necessary to establish and maintain beneficial employment relationships for employers and employees alike.

Prior to co-founding Davis & Davis, P.C., Attorney Davis held various legal positions within firms and agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination; the Fair Labor Division of the Attorney General’s Office; the Massachusetts Superior Court under Justice John C. Cratsley in Salem and Boston; the Law Offices of Robert E. Weiner; Holtz, Gilman & Greunebaum; and Pre-Trial Solutions, Inc. Attorney Davis has also been a guest lecturer at the New England School of Law, and has been featured in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly publication and in numerous newspaper articles across the Commonwealth relative to his representation of companies and individuals.
